Guests will be treated to a set menu carefully developed by Chef Kane Wilson and his team, accompanied with a wine pairing of low intervention wines from around the world (please note that wines are at an additional charge).

Hold onto your gravlax and ready your smørrebrød because Club Kitchen are back baby!Dora and Sooz are cooking up a long, leisurely modern Nordic degustation lunch for your dining pleasure.

On Sunday the 19th, The Moon staff will help you find the perfect glass (or bottle) of wine as we go. Then on Sunday the 2nd, our mates from Enoteca Sydney will be pouring goodies from a rare selection of Austrian natural wines (plus there’ll be a list-takeover post-lunch!).

On the auditory front, we are joined by our talented DJ friends Merve on Sunday 19th and Chico G on Sunday 2nd.
